This spacious second floor unit has laminate flooring throughout most of the unit and lots of windows. The blinds are all provided for you as well! The living room is HUGE There are two bedrooms- One is larger than the other, but both are good sized with great closet space. They are back to back too. There is one full bathroom. Both units have a washer and dryer (each) that have been provided in a clean dry basement. The rent is $1,800 and includes heat, cold water and sewer. Tenants pay for electricity (hot water is electric), wifi and cable if desired. No pets preferred, but one indoor cat may be allowed with a $250 non-refundable deposit.
