Tenant is responsible for damage or clogs caused by misuse of plumbing fixtures. * Alterations: No alterations to the property are permitted, including painting, wallpapering, installing locks, or mounting items to walls, without the Landlord's prior written consent. * Outdoor Areas: Tenants are responsible for keeping any private deck, patio, or balcony areas clear of clutter and debris. 3. Community Conduct and Safety * Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are to be observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM daily. During this time, noise (including music, loud conversations) should not be audible outside the Tenant's unit. * Smoking Policy: Smoking of any substance (including but not limited to tobacco, cannabis, and vaping) is prohibited inside the unit and within [X] feet of any building entrance. * Safety Devices: Exterior Ring monitoring systems, Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors must never be disabled, tampered with, or removed. The Tenant is responsible a low battery chirp to the Landlord. * Illegal Activity: No illegal activities, including the use, production, or storage of illegal substances, are permitted anywhere on the property. * Garbage Disposal: All trash and recycling must be properly bagged and placed in designated containers only on the scheduled collection days. Garbage may not be stored outside of the house in the designated area. 4.
