No smoking inside the house. Guests found to be smoking inside will be charged an extra $250 cleaning fee for odor removal. Please be mindful of the maximum capacity of the house. Guests may be fined $50 per unapproved guest beyond the home capacity. Parking is available for up to two cars in the driveway. Guests who stay beyond their checkout time without approval will be charged $100 per hour.
