The new fridge and dishwasher are very quiet and the kitchen is equipped with a new glass top oven, pots, pans, utensils, microwave, toaster oven, plates, cups, mugs, wineglasses, bar set and coffee maker. All bedding and towels are provided. There is a sound machine and blackout curtains in the bedroom to help provide a comfortable sleep oasis. Full disclosure, the house is next to major highway (295) and the shower head is lower (5'8"-see photo). A house guide and guide to Portland is provided to help you settle into the space and city. We do live in the lower part of the house with our 3 year old daughter. The Nook by the bay is your home away from home. Lease is month to month unless otherwise requested. No pets allowed. All utilities are included all you need to purchase is the city specific trash bags (Portland does not use trash bins/carts). Parking is on street but a short walk up the driveway and the private entrance is in the back. During snow storms parking is allowed in the driveway.
