The apartment is located on the third floor (the building has an elevator). The apartment and the entire building are quiet and the company who manages the building is responsive for anything you will need. They have an office open every day 2 blocks away from the apartment. Starbucks, CVS, liquor store, and supermarket are in front of the apt and there is a Trade Joe's three blocks away, bar and restaurants are all located in Washington St. Laundry is in the basement. The kitchen includes a microwave, gas stove, and oven, there are also 3 full-size closets and hardwood floors throughout. The apartment can come unfurnished or furnished (I can leave everything you need inside for free). The price a month is $ 1930 plus a $ 1930 deposit. Credit history will be run to ensure the tenant qualify for the apartment. No fees The move-in date is flexible from January 1st to January 31st.
