I have an awesome three bedroom in a newly constructed building at 60 East 1st street. Southern exposure so it gets a ton of light. The apartment has hard wood floors and has internet capability.
All BEDROOMS FIT QUEENS sized beds, have a closet and a window, fit dresser, etc. It's a new building built from the ground up so unlike Stuyvesant town the walls are thick. This apt is situated between the exits of the F train. Both entrances are at the end of the street in both directions. Also the 6 is a couple blocks over

- M14A SBS BUS Picks up half a block away on Ave A, 1 min walk. All major subway lines are accessible through this bus.
