The Intracoastal Waterway and our dock are across the 2-lane street viewable from the guest room as dolphins and pleasure boats cruise by. Unit 202 is at the south end of this small complex well away from the hubbub of the pool, yet close enough for quick access for a dip or sitting poolside. There is no unit above you so no overhead noise. Amenities include gas grills by the large heated pool to barbecue your favorite steaks or seafood. Don't feel like cooking? There are 10 restaurants closeby. If you need to touch base with work or want to watch a movie we have private, password-protected, fast internet service. There are smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. When you head for the beach there is a cooler, beach umbrellas, a tote, beach towels and chairs for your enjoyment. Your kitchen is equipped with everything needed for preparing a gourmet meal or making smoothies. The king bed in the primary bedroom and the king bed in the guest bedroom have memory foam mattress toppers and are luxuriously comfortable. There are plenty of beach and bath towels. The condominium is immaculate. It's a townhome style, located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the small 34-unit building. The resident managers are here to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The townhome-style unit creates an exceptional separation of space when privacy and quiet are needed. On the entry-level are the living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and full bath. A stairway leads to 2 bedrooms with lots of closet space and a full bath. Your private parking space is directly below the unit, use the stairs or the elevator to access the front door. Take the beach bus or drive to many attractions, from museums, music, and shopping, to sports activities in both St. Petersburg and Tampa. Indian Rocks Beach is a true old Florida paradise!
