There is a PVTA Bus Stop located diagonally across from the top of our street on Dickinson Street in front of Wheelers Convenience Store. You can purchase a monthly bus pass for a small fee at the Big Y just a short 5-minute ride away. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood with a very low crime rate and wonderful neighbors. The rent is $1,900.00 per month plus utilities, due on the 1st of every month. Your possible new home is available on 08/01/25. Laundry facilities are not included; but there are a few laundromats nearby that we could direct you to. First Month's Rent for 08/01/25 ($1,900.00) (Non-Refundable), Last Month's Rent ($1,900.00) (Non-Refundable), Security Deposit ($1,900.00) (Refundable - If No Damages or Monies Owed) and a Lock and Key Replacement Fee ($75.00) (Non-Refundable), are all required at time of move in for a total of $5,775.00. Last Month's Rent, Security Deposit and your Lock and Key Replacement Fee will each be placed in separate interest-bearing escrowed accounts with statements going to you each month as is required by Massachusetts State Law. As the Owners / Management, we may at our discretion, agree to a payment plan for the Last Month's Rent and / or the Security Deposit. No pets. In exchange we offer the use of our lovely partially furnished apartment with a living room, dining room, kitchen and bath, rear open porch, stove, refrigerator, microwave and hardwood floors throughout.
