My roommate and I are moving down to the WV and need to sublease our 2bd/1ba apartment from now through August 1st, 2017. Ideally we'd like to have someone take over the whole lease, but we'd be open to a shorter term as well (minimum of a couple months). The place is available either furnished or unfurnished. Getting Around There are several bus and metro stops right in the vicinity. The F, which takes you downtown and from which you can easily transfer to go West or East is located DOWNSTAIRS. The 6 is a few avenues away, and the 1 is about 10 minutes walking at Columbus Circle. Also, a highly trafficked intersection, so it's always super easy to hail a cab. (But our apartment is facing away from the street, so you don't get the city noise).
