We offer 1-bedroom apartments located on 2 floors (elevator & stair access) each unit has a patio/balcony and outdoor storage area. A few on-site amenities include: 4 laundry rooms, a beauty salon (by appointment only), indoor mailboxes, community room with full kitchen for use by all residents. Pets allowed (fees & restrictions do apply) We are an income restricted property with income caps that cannot be exceeded, applicants must gross 2 times the rent amount per month to qualify. We accept HUD housing choice vouchers. Rent is $899 per month. Water, sewage & trash included, resident pays electric. Deposit is 500.00 We would love to welcome you home here at Courts of Colfax.
