Walk to Amtrak and Greyhound. Right by the free trolley line. Fifeville is a diverse and friendly neighborhood. This is a downstairs apartment in an old house. Our family lives upstairs (my husband and I and our 3 year old and one 1 year old daughter) in a completely separate apartment in the house. However, we are up at 7am and you would hear us. We are moving to our own single family house in early fall. Pets We love animals and understand if you want to bring yours with you, but are also aware of the impact that animals have on a house. To help accommodate your pet we are willing to consider dogs for a $35/per month pet fee. Laundry We have a washer and dryer which are included with the apartment rental. Utilities All utilities are included with a $200 per month fee. This includes high speed internet, trash, water, sewer, gas, and electricity.
