House was painted in 2017 on the outside. We have added a dishwasher. 12 inches of insulation had been blown into the attic. A six foot privacy fence added to enclose the back yard which is set 18 inches to the inside of the property lines. A bathroom with jacuzzi tub added to the basement in 2022 along with a bedroom with a closet. We added a second sewage line cleanout arond 12 feet from city main line in alley. A wooden deck was also installed in 2018 over the preexisting concrete one. Upstairs bathroom remodeled as well.
