Furnishings include a mix of new, midcentury modern, and antique furniture with original artwork by local artists Nico Amortigue and Arthur Brouthers. A 7-day pass to Charlotte's biggest and best fitness center, the Dowd Y, is available for $50. A workstation is available to rent out for your stay, including a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. This is a dog-friendly home, and dogs must be registered at a cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog. Ideally situated a mile from the Uptown business district, in a park-like setting, on an exclusive residential street, Hermitage Court, this property is near Charlotte's iconic attractions and cultural destinations.
