The building has great amenities, including a newly renovated fitness center, tennis courts, indoor pool, cyber cafe, sundeck, and newly renovated party space. There is also a dry cleaners located on the first floor. As far as leasing options, there are two: 1) we can transfer our lease, which ends July 6, 2018, to you, at which point you can decide whether or not to renew with the building, or 2) you can sign a new lease agreement with the building when you move in.
