Our home is a new modular, built in 2016. We have added to this homes value through landscaping in the front with three trees, several shrubs and a raised garden bed to place your annuals, perennials, or herbs with great sunlight. The backyard we have added a one of a kind patio (neutral colors) that measures approximately 14 ft. x 8 ft. We also added two large garden beds with shrubs, strawberries, and perennial mix. We added two fruit trees in the back yard as well, a peach which produced fruit this year and an apple. There are neighbors with peach and apple in the neighborhood (they are also self-pollinating) which should provide good pollination. The property is fenced and has great views of the forest and Mt. Elden. Inside the home, it is well maintained with a beautiful kitchen and farm sink. The layout is open so it has been great for raising my young children in. There is a nice driveway that has fit up to 3 vehicles for us as well as our toys for the little ones. There is also plenty of storage in the home (good size closets in each bedroom as well as a closet in the hallway) and the kitchen has a good size pantry and plenty of cupboard space.
