This is a very nice comfortable home, we are having another baby and just need more room now! All pipes have been wrapped every year and the home has been well taken care of. Walls all have new paint, most of the trim inside is new. Comes with a brand new dishwasher, purchased in December, still has warranty for two more years. The fridge and stove are fairly new, as well as the washer and dryer. The kitchen is very nice and has a lot of storage space and pantry in laundry room. Entry way and front bathroom have new floors. There is not a neighbor on the north side of the home which adds more privacy. Deck is painted and carpeted. 2 car garage and matching shed come with this home as well.
