Our home is within the gated community that offers extra amenities and access to beaches, boat launches, golf courses and more. We are located within a walk or short drive to the beaches, park, club bar, restaurants and any other amenities the club offers. We are a M2M rental. In our cabin, you will find a massive open space living room with tons of comfortable seating, tv and pool table suitable for entertaining and family get-togethers. Newly added internet provides streaming on multiple TVs or allows you to get some work done while relaxing in the serenity of the forest. We also have a second living room/loft with seating, 2nd TV, and desk/work area. While in the kitchen you will find a nice open cooking area with a large islet, microwave, two sinks, oven, electric stove top, large dining table, and full set of cookware and dining sets. The master bedroom comes with a California king bed, TV, a full bathroom with a rain shower, and a walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom is equipped with full-sized beds, while the 3rd room offers a luxurious cal-king room for an optional queen bed as well. Owner pays water under 200, renters pays utilites.
