We are looking for someone to take over our lease at this sweet location. It's in the center of Downtown Oakland, 1 block away from all the popular bars and venues. Great place for anyone who's got an active social life. It's an upscale apartment in Uptown Oakland: - 2 blocks away from 19th St BART station (15 minute commute to Downtown SF) - 1 block away from Fox Theater - 1 block away from great restaurants (Hopscotch, Bellys, Xolo, and more) - Washer/Dryer in the unit - Community hot tub - 24 hour gym - Community Pool Our lease will end in March 31st, 2016. Ideally, would be great if you could move in beginning of December, and you will be taking over our current lease (currently $3109 per month). You will pay no security deposit, just have good credit to make sure you will be approved to get on the lease. - You will be taking over our current lease which will end in March 31st, 2016. - We paid $700 in security deposit, but if you can take over the lease, we will let you keep that once the lease is up. - You must have good credit to be approved at Uptown Oakland management.
