It is fair to use, but is pretty rough, I didn't take my car up it, a truck or SUV would be okay. Pay attention to the county and satellite maps I included Pineway st does have public access all the way there, though would probably need 4WD to use it as is and even still may need some improvement at the end because the gravel road tappers off just before the property then picks back up on the property (See satellite or in person).
