We have 1 single wide mobile home for rent along State Route 60 just North of McConnelsville. River view. Refrigerator and stove provided. Pets ok. Off street parking. Tenent is responsible for all utilities (electric) and mowing the yard. $25/month additional charge per pet that the tenent has with a $300 non refundable pet deposit. First month, Security Deposit, and Last month rent (as in the last month of the lease agreement) required to move in. I have found that tenants actually like this because at the end of the lease you simply tell me that you are moving and basically won't have to pay rent for about 2 months which allows you time to save up for your next property.
