This clean, 1-2 bedroom upper apartment is located just 2 blocks from the downtown square and within easy walking distance to Baraboo's finest restaurants and shops. The spacious 15' x 15' bedroom will accommodate a king sized bed and all your bedroom furniture. The large 15' x 15' living room has french doors and could be used as a 2nd bedroom. The galley kitchen has plenty of cabinet space and is flanked by two smaller area living areas for dining or living/working space. The bathroom has a stand-up shower, toilet, sink/vanity and medicine chest. Tenant responsibilities for lawn care and snow removal - none, it's contracted out so you can enjoy your free time! No smoking, no pets. One month security deposit required ($800). One year lease, then month-to-month thereafter. We may consider initial month-to-month lease depending on the situation. Note: Utilities were recently added for washer/dryer hookups and a stacked washer/dryer combo is now available for doing your laundry onsite.
