Utilities Utility Payments: Payment for utilities that are the tenant's responsibility, such as electricity, water, gas, and internet. Utility Setup: Set up utility accounts in their name and ensure continuous service. Adherence to Lease Terms Occupancy: Only allow the specified number of occupants to live in the rental unit. All occupants must be approved and listed on the lease agreement. Subleasing: Obtain the landlord's permission before subletting the property, if allowed by the lease. Pet Policies: Follow the lease's pet policies, if applicable, including any pet fees or deposits. Walk troughs with 24-hour notice to Respect for Property Noise: Keep noise at a reasonable level to avoid disturbing neighbors. Alterations: Avoid making alterations to the property without the landlord's approval. NO SMOKING or VAPING inside of Home.
