Chefs will enjoy the large five-burner cooktop and built-in oven and microwave. Dining options include an eight-person table, seating for four around the island, and four more in the breakfast nook. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, tableware, high-end appliances, and a drip coffee maker. Access the front-loader laundry machines in the room adjacent to the kitchen. Owner is local and property will be managed by local real estate management company. Lease is all inclusive. This is an all inclusive lease fee.
