The large living room includes two comfortable leather sofas and a leather recliner surrounding a stone fireplace (gas logs), large Smart TV, and a giant ceiling fan. The open kitchen features floor-to-ceiling custom maple and cherry wood cabinets, a massive 10 foot island for entertaining, and stunning quartz countertops. Chefs will enjoy the large five-burner cooktop and built-in oven and microwave. Dining options include an eight-person table, seating for four around the island, and four more in the breakfast nook. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, tableware, high-end appliances, and a drip coffee maker. Access the front-loader laundry machines in the room adjacent to the kitchen. Owner is local and property will be managed by local real estate management company. Lease is all inclusive. This is an all inclusive lease fee. The monthly lease includes electric, water, high-speed fiber optic internet, gas heating and fireplace, landscaping/lawn care, and trash removal. First and last month's rent is due upon signing + $1250 security deposit. Up to 1 cat and 1 small dog ( 55lbs) is allowed. $500 non-refundable pet fee due upon signing plus $50 per month per pet fee on top of base monthly rent.
