You would have access to the entire house and have the house entirely to yourself for the entire three months. The house is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom is furnished as a bedroom with a second bedroom that can be used as an office space. This rental is perfect for professionals who are in Kansas City for short term or for someone who is moving to KC and needs temporary housing while they are looking for a more permanent home. It's a charming little house, surrounded by gardens, on a peaceful, tree-lined street, close to Brookside, Waldo, and the Plaza, and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Enjoy strolling and sitting in the gardens. They are a little bit of nature in the inner city. Enjoy my wide selection of books. I would require the first month's rent of $1,350 and a refundable security deposit of $650. All utilities are included - electricity, central heat, central air, water, WiFi, and netflix streaming.
