    This home is three years old. It's immaculate and is move in ready. The spacious two car garage has a separate enclosed storage area and garage painted floors. When you walk into the home from the garage, you can make a left and go straight through the large laundry room (with deep sink), leads into the master bedroom closet, then into the master bath and finally the master bedroom. If you make a right it leads into the dining room and large open living room and kitchen. The other three bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home. Pets are allowed but needs to be discussed further. No smoking inside. . Yard maintenance to include watering is required by the renter. If the lawn is not watered and maintained, there will be a weekly charge for a lawn maintenance company to take care of the yard. All utilities are the responsibility of the renter.
