    Excellent views for miles! Paved road frontage on 2 sides and located less than 10 miles from Gonzales. The older farm house is located on one of the highest points of the property, with an elevation of 370 feet providing an wonderful view of the river bottom country to the North. The acreage was cleared years ago for improved cattle production but currently consist primarily of regrowth mesquites which now hold several species of wildlife. The regrowth could easily be removed for improved cattle grazing if so desired. There are a few large native mesquites remaining on the hill top around the home and barns.
