The first floor is the bedroom with the queen size bed and detached full bathroom. The second floor is the kitchen and living room (open concept). The third floor has the two master bedrooms. The main master has a cal king size bed and a full bathroom with his and hers sinks. The other room on the 3rd floor I mainly used as an office. It has a couch with a full size pull out bed and a full bathroom. This room has a huge closet as well. The house is very clean and comfortable and less than 5 years old!
Gas, electric, water and HOA included in rent price. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed, but can be negotiable depending on the circumstance. 2 car garage and street parking is available. Looking for at least a 6 month lease if not longer.
