About the house: 2100 square feet 4 bedrooms (currently set up as 2 beds, 2 offices) 2 baths King size bed in main bedroom Twin and trundle cot in smaller bedroom Beautiful living room with 65-inch TV with all streaming apps Dining room with hand-painted antique table Eat-in kitchen Gorgeous backyard with salt-water pool, fish pond, treehouse, blueberry bush, and citrus trees Screened-in porch in backyard Storage shed with laundry Carport WE WILL REQUIRE TWO REFERENCES. This is our home and we want to rent it to people who will care for it as if it's their own. 1 pet okay. NO SMOKING, VAPING, ETC.
