Newly renovated and furnished, the cottage features one queen bedroom and full bath and plenty of closet space, with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room in case of guests, and a small desk space for working. The nicely appointed kitchen awaits you for the times you want to cook at home and the private front porch is set up for relaxing, dining, and watching the sunset. Secluded in a large fenced in yard with green grass, shade of large trees, and a quiet garden feel, tucked behind the primary house where my partner and I live. Some storage space is available outside or in the adjacent shed if needed for kayaks or bikes. Free parking is available on-site in the driveway. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your laundry needs Furnishings and utilities included in rent. No Smoking. No Pets. Please respect our space and our belongings. No alterations to the house without prior approval. Lease term is month-to-month with 14 day termination notice requirement. Security deposit is $500. Quiet hours are 11pm to sunrise. Rent and security deposit are due upon move-in, with subsequent rent due on a monthly basis. The property does not allow pets. If premises requires "deep clean" from lack of cleaning or party, landlord shall deduct the cost from the security deposit. Subletting is not permitted. Landlord has the right to inspect the premises with prior notice. The Tenant shall maintain the Premises in a good, clean, and ready-to-rent condition and use the Premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Tenant shall leave the Premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of this Agreement, defined by the Landlord as being immediately habitable by the next tenant. The Tenant shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the Premises be left in a lesser condition. The Tenant agrees that the Landlord shall deduct costs of said services from any Security Deposit prior to a refund if Tenant causes damage to the Premises or its furnishings. The Tenants shall dispose of all waste material generated during the Lease Term under the strict instruction and direction of the Landlord.
