There is a large living room, kitchen with dining area, one bathroom with a laundry area that includes the washer and dryer and a laundry sink, and two large bedrooms. There is central heat and air conditioning. There is a common hallway between the 2 upstairs apartments, both tenants are responsible for it. Please look at the railing to go upstairs. It is open rails and may not be a good match for young children. There is a small fenced area in the back with a table and blacktop surface. HOW DO YOU GET THIS APARTMENT? YOU MUST APPLY FOR IT ON THIS WEBSITE. ALL ADULT OWNERS MUST APPLY AND DO THE BACKGROUND AND CREDIT CHECK. This unit is upstairs. Rent is $825 a month. This includes a washer and dryer in the unit, see photos. THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS ALSO $825. Total cost to move in is $1650. Rent may be prorated on a day to day basis if the tenant does not move in on the first day of the month, however this is in addition to the $1650 for the first full month and security deposit. There are no exceptions, I won't take payments for this deposit and first month rent. You must be able to show income of three times the rent. Tenant pays for water and electricity. You MUST get electricity and water in your name. There is NO smoking of any kind in the unit. I require a background and credit check. The tenant may NOT have a record of violent felonies or drug charges. The credit check should show a history of paying bills regularly and on time. YOU MUST FILL OUT THE APPLICATION ON THIS SITE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS UNIT. Pets--NO reptiles at all. Dogs may not be on my insurance company's list of uninsured breeds. It is the typical list--pitts, rots, dobbies, huskys, etc. I understand that there are many, many wonderful pets and service animals that are uninsured breeds. However, I would be without insurance if I allow one of these breeds and something did happen, so no, I do NOT make exceptions. IF your animal is a service or support animal I can accommodate the animal IF YOU purchase liability insurance that covers ME for anything your dog may be accused of doing. This is not health pet insurance but liability insurance. It is also not rental insurance that covers you for your loss of your things. It must be from an insurance company that is licensed to sell insurance in TN. And it must be to insure me. Dogs must be potty trained, not bark such that the other tenants complain, have their rabies shot, and be an adult--not a puppy. The dog also must not be left outside by itself. Please also note that there is NOT a yard and the dog would need to be walked to go potty. Cats should be liter box trained and fixed. Lease will be for 6 months and after 6 months go month to month.
