Non-U.S. citizens may need additional documentation proving their right to reside in the U.S. during the lease term. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or create a lease agreement. Leases are established only upon execution of the lease agreement by both parties and payment of all required funds. Falsified information may result in denial, with deposits and fees forfeited.

Requirements
