Ash Tree's three-bedroom apartment homes have an expansive living and dining room area that feature a wood-burning fireplace with over-sized windows that overlook the private patio or balcony. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and an opening that looks onto the living area, making it easy for entertaining. Each bedroom is spacious & provides generous closet space. The master bedroom offers double closets with a private en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony or patio. The updated, full-sized washer and dryer is located in the hallway, and it is tucked away behind folding closet doors. *All apartments are leased by the full apartment and are not leased by the bedroom. Water/Sewer, trash removal, and gas included in a reasonable utility fee. Ash Tree apartments have gas heat, hot water, and stoves. Residents are responsible for electricity and internet/cable. Parking Policy: The Ash Tree community provides ample parking within the community! Residents must purchase an Ash Tree parking sticker for a one-time $50 fee. Each apartment has one assigned reserved space. There are also several unmarked spaces within the community that are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests may park in resident's assigned parking space for the apartment without a guest pass as long as the guest has the resident's permission. Street parking is also available on Madison Avenue.
