Our recently renovated bungalow has everything you need, including a front porch and back deck to relax after a day of activities such as Lake Georgetown, Blue Hole or hike & bike trails. Each bedroom features luxury mattresses and bedding. The King bedroom is spacious with a full length mirror, walk-in closet, dresser, seating area, smart tv, alarm clock with usb charger. The Queen bedroom has a closet, small dresser, smart tv and alarm clock with usb charger. The Twins bedroom has a closet, dresser and white noise alarm clock. This is a very peaceful property that is perfectly located for you to enjoy a 2 minute stroll to music on the courthouse grounds, delicious food, neighborhood friendly bars and wineries, shopping, farmers market and festivals. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway. You will also have access to the white shed containing bikes, water floats, back pack, picnic blanket, yeti cooler, corn hole and horse shoes for your enjoyment. The only area you will not have access to is the black shed located in the back yard. This is for storage. Owners pay for lawn maintenance, trash pick up, water, electric, gas and wifi. However, this is for temporary long-term renters only. (ie: 30 days-90 days) If you wish to lease the home for a year; renter will need to pay for utilities, water, wifi and lawn maintenance. Plus, homeowner may take out items in closets and shed to allow for renters own personal storage. We have a no pet and no smoking policy.
