The rented space is located on the lower level of the house with a private entrance. The bedroom and shared bathroom is available. However, the laundry area and storage room are located on the lower level, so it is a shared space. The kitchenette area is for the tenant's private use. There is a microwave, fryer/oven/toaster, 2-burner stovetop, and refrigerator. Except for occasional use when we need to access the storage room or laundry room by going through the kitchenette area. The upper level is not rented; it is a private area where the main part of the house is located. Smoking is allowed outside. No pets. No overnight guests between 10:30 pm until 8:00 am. Background checks and credit reports are required. Month-to-month rental, 2-month minimum. If you are a person that enjoys loud sounds for your entertainment that others can hear thru out the home, please do not apply. The room has carpet and the kitchenette area has LVP flooring. No Smoking inside the home. No overnight guests. No Loud Noise. Must be respectful.
