Located in the heart of Brickell, this apartment is just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, South Pointe Park Pier, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, Miami Circle Park, and the Everglades. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only. Expect some noise due to facade repairs between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Studios and 1-bedroom apartments receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedroom units receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. Luggage storage is not available on the premises, but nearby services such as Bounce or LuggageHero can be used.
