I am currently living out of state and want to rent my house fully furnished until June 2026 beginning January 1st. The master bedroom is locked. You would have one bedroom upstairs with a queen bed, fully furnished, and a full bathroom and laundry room as well upstairs. On the bottom floor is the foyer, guest bathroom and coat closet. Then a fully furnished living room, 60 inch Streaming TV, a dining room that seats up to 12 people, full kitchen and an office/den off of the dining room that is fully furnished with a printer and great wi-fi. There is a garage attached and a courtyard with furniture and propane fire table. Beautiful campus commons neighborhood with gym, pools, hot-tubs, tennis and pickleball. This is next to American River and the bike trail. It is nearby amazing shopping centers at the corner of Howe and Fair Oaks, Pavillions, Loehman's Plaza, and freeway access to 50 West and East 1 min away. This is a 3-6 month lease beginning January 1st. May renew but I am taking it quarter by quarter as I am on a job project out of Sacramento. I sometimes need to access my master bedroom (which is locked and not for usage). I would give notice and schedule a time to do so. If at all. No PETS.
