The Bentley Apartment has a 2 bedroom, one-bathroom unit currently available. We also have an off-street parking lot outside for additional vehicles. This unit is on the second floor and is one block away from the beaches of Puget Sound. Our building is also four blocks from the Des Moines Marina and Anthony's Homeport Restaurant. It has a small outdoor deck and also has a wood-burning fireplace. This unit has all major appliances and a washer/dryer hook-up inside the unit. If you do not own your own washer and dryer, we also have a coin-operated laundry room on site. The Bentley Apartments has a two-bedroom, one bathroom unit available for rent. After being approved with a credit and background check, our tenants sign a one year lease agreement to move in. Before moving in, tenants are asked to put down a $1000 security/damage deposit to hold the unit at time of lease signing. Then, they will pay first month's rent when they move in. We do not ask for last month's rent. Tenants must have a credit score of 700 or better. They must make 3X the monthly rent in monthly income or be able to show they have cash in the bank to cover rent for one full year if retired. After the one year lease has expired, our agreement goes month-to-month for the remainder of the tenancy to allow renters to move out whenever they wish. We are a NO SMOKING / NO PETS building.
