On the street parking for one car is available in front of the house. The washer and dryer are on the second-floor lanai and are shared with the owners living upstairs. The outdoor shower is also shared. All pets are non-negotiable. The house is located on a cul-de-sac in a coveted neighborhood just a short 0.2 of a mile walk from a beautiful beach with snorkeling, surfing, paddle boarding, swimming, diving, all as recreational options depending on the season and the surf.
