This airy private room is located on the 1st floor of the building. The room has been updated with new flooring and paint. There are 3 windows for good light and a ceiling fan. There is a dresser, nightstand, twin bed with mattress and an apartment sized fridge. There are 10 rooms in the building with 3 shared bathrooms (1 on the 1st floor and 2 on the 2nd floor) and 1 shared kitchen on the first floor. There is also coin operated laundry in the building. The kitchen has a stove and microwave and other small appliances. We have a monthly cleaner that comes in to help ensure cleanliness. Our leases run on an automatically reoccurring month to month basis. We do not allowing smoking or vaping in the building. This is shared building so it is everyone's responsibility to help ensure its cleanliness. There is both on and off street parking available. We do require renter's insurance.
