There are three shared bathrooms between the first and second floors and one shared kitchen. there is also coin operated laundry in the building as well. Our lease is run on an automatically reoccurring month-to-month basis. The raise an additional $25 a month fee if one utilizes a heater or an air conditioner. we do not allow vaping or smoking inside the property. There is on and off street parking available.
