The room comes with a fridge and a closet. The kitchen is on the 1st floor and has an oven and microwave. The building does have coin operated laundry facilities. Our leases run month-to-month on an automatic renewal. We do not allow smoking or vaping in the building. We only allow pets that have been approved via our pet screening process. The application fee is $30 per person. There is on and off street parking available as well.
