Owner has children with severe allergies. No candles, incense, sage or burning of any materials indoors or outdoors with the exception of the fire pit and gas grill. This includes the fireplace. It is non-operational. No house parties. Maximum of 12 guests only. Thermostats are monitored online and manipulated by the local electric company for excessive use during extreme weather events. Five outdoor security cameras are in place to protect the property and your belongings. The cameras on-site are a good deterrent, but we ask that you secure the home and your belongings responsibly. Off site monitoring of the security devices will be conducted online for the 5 security cameras recording at the front door, walkway, driveway & both side entrances. Your privacy will be maintained. Please follow the local noise ordinance rules of quiet hours from 10pm to 7am daily. STR POOL RULES: There is an optional fee of $15/day for heating or cooling the pool. Please do not touch any of the equipment. If any pool issues arise we will schedule a technician to service the pool. Absolutely no glass cups, bottles or ceramic dishes allowed outside for the protection of swimmers. Acrylic cups and dinnerware are provided for your use. If the pool thermal blanket is in use, it must be placed on the grass when removed from the pool. Do not place the blanket on the concrete surround or flower beds.
