Kitchen has a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Living room has good ventilation and a balcony patio. Brand new laundry machines on site. A/C, Solar (eventually), and plenty of free street parking. Garage parking is $150/month Sorry, but no pets (unless we're talking something like fish or reptiles...maybe will consider a dog if there are previous references that can vouch the pet is well-behaved indoors) The rooms are available by September but it is possible to move in things now. Flexible with short-term and long-term leases. Security deposit is 1.5x monthly rent.
