This is our home away from home and looking for someone who will take care of it as we would. Not open to subletting so please don't contact me about that. All utilities included (electric, water, WiFi, lawn care, pool maintenance) parking in the driveway as the garage is used for our personal storage. There will be a $5,000 cleaning fee for smoking or pets. House is fully furnished with everything new in August 2024. Rent is per month the months of December - February. Security deposit can be changed to short term renters insurance for $79 per month.
