The Monticello Woods neighborhood is from the 50s, with lots of large trees and lots. While there are some original owners, the people moving in now are young families who join the community pool, make friends at the school playground or at soccer practice, and become involved in the school system. Our one court was built in 1997 by a builder who usually builds million dollar homes, is called Huron Point, and has only 8 homes with large lots. We are all friends, and have get togethers frequently. The homes behind us are built by a different builder, and the houses, while larger, are built as close together as possible.
