Three bedrooms upstairs. Acorn stair lift - great for getting heavier things up and down (as well as the people of course). Kitchen has a breakfast room that could also be a small office. One car garage. All homes were re-sided 2008 with concrete siding and new roofs too. Our front entry patio is bricked and very private feeling. The clubhouse was recently redecorated and is available for large or small parties or gatherings. Large pool, tennis & basketball courts, lake access for your boat, smaller pool mere steps out our back door. Neighborhood Description This is an extremely safe neighborhood. People walk at all times of the day and night. Very friendly; eventually everyone knows everyone and we all look out for each other. Owners association sponsors social events. I'm not familiar with the schools, but I see boys & girls waiting for school buses. Pets are allowed; dogs up to 30# and you must pick up after your dog. No animals allowed to run loose (except the squirrels, of course). Fun to watch the wildlife wake up at the lake - a nice walk from our condo.
