No underage consumption or drugs are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $150 fee will be charged for late checkout without prior notice. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and should not be used. Guests are kindly asked to remove their shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean and comfortable.
