My roommate is moving to Europe in a month so I am looking for a new roommate. Ideally you would be able to move in by Sept. 16th however for the right person a later move in date may be possible. It is a 3 bedroom townhouse located in Huntington Beach a couple miles from the beach. I am looking for one person who works outside the home full-time. I am not interested in living with a couple only one other adult. The ideal candidate would be considerate of common spaces (picking up after oneself and all that), pay bills on time and be easy going in general. I want to live with someone who is chill like myself and doesn't bring home random people from the clubs whenever they go out. Basically just looking for a respectful, conscientious person who is a professional that can afford the rent and utilities. Utilities are typically $130/month with cable including movie channels and high speed internet, electric and gas. Everything else if covered by the landlords. I am looking for someone to sign a month to month lease only because I will also sign the new lease with you and don't need/want to have another year lease especially with someone I don't know. I'm sure you feel the same way. Also, the living room couch is leaving with my roommate so if you have one all the better, if not, i will be getting one for the downstairs. There is an extra bedroom which can be setup as a guest room or study. It currently is my roommates inventory room for her swim line so I am open to ideas. Please provide me some details regarding yourself, reason for moving etc. before requesting a tour. I will only be showing the unit to serious inquiries only. Thanks!
