Property Maintenance and Inspections Tenant is responsible for notifying the Landlord immediately of any structural damages. The Landlord will conduct scheduled property check-ups to ensure upkeep. Lease Violations If any lease violation occurs, the Tenant will be given a verbal warning, followed by a written warning. If the violation persists, the Tenant will receive a vacate notice and have 30 days to vacate the property. Vacancy and Lease Termination The Landlord may terminate the lease if any violations of the agreement occur, and the Tenant will have 30 days to vacate.
