Covenants and Conditions This document serves as an addendum to the primary lease agreement for the property located at 612 Talon Dr, Norman, OK. These terms are legally binding. 1. Utilities Tenant shall be responsible for the full and timely payment of all utilities and services associated with the property. This includes, but is not limited to: gas, water, sewer, electricity, trash removal, internet, and cable television.
